Dolphin ArchiveLink Enabler (ALE) is an Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) add-on that allows SAP applications to connect to storage in the AT&T cloud.
ArchiveLink is a communication interface between R/3 applications and external components. With Dolphin, SAP applications can carry out all ArchiveLink content operations directly on the AT&T Synaptic cloud servers.
Dolphin also facilitates hybrid cloud storage, allowing critical data to be stored locally on high performance computers and non-critical data to be stored remotely in the cloud.
